WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA?
There are seven different user profiles that can be assigned to individuals invited to the contract and/or an individual task enabling total control over who sees what information.
WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED?
All data input on the private INQUARI server is stored in an encrypted database and secure vault on our virtual private cloud which is protected by several layers of access encryption, authentication restrictions, and security policy best practices.
CAN I RECOVER A DELETED DOCUMENT / CONTRACT / DATA?
If a document is deleted on our system programmatically, then it would not be recoverable to ensure the continued protection of your information.
WHO OWNS YOUR DATA?
You do! INQUARI is not access or using or monetizing or claiming ownership to any of the data that you upload to the platform. We’re just providing you and your team with a tool to better manage your data!
WHO CAN ACCESS THIS DATA?
Users invited to a contract or a task can access the contract data according to the permissions framework of their role through the INQUARI interface with a validated email and a successful 2-Factor Authentication code check to validate the identity of the user.
HOW DO WE PROTECT AGAINST HACKERS?
In our live environment, INQUARI employs a various techniques to ensure your data is secure such as SSL encryption, API Gateway, Role-Based Access Permissions around API Endpoints, Non-Public Cloud Functions, Account email validation, Two-Factor Authentication using an Authenticator, and quarterly security audits.
